Neurofeedback

Your brain can train too.

Neurofeedback is a non-invasive form of brain training that gives your brain real-time information about its own activity. Through repetition, the brain gets the opportunity to learn.

You sit back. Your brain learns.

Feedback makes learning easier.

Imagine learning a golf swing without seeing where the ball went. Or learning to drive without knowing when you've crossed the line. Feedback helps the brain make adjustments.

Neurofeedback applies that principle to selected patterns of brain activity.

What happens?

Sensors measure brain activity. You watch visual content. When your brain moves toward the desired training target, the screen responds. When it moves away, the feedback changes.

You don't have to consciously control the process. The brain receives the information automatically.

The technology alone isn't MindTune.

MindTune pairs neurofeedback with QEEG brain mapping, a PhD-led team, 1:1 personalized programs, and measured progress with ongoing follow-up.

More about MindTune

Safety

MindTune uses FDA-cleared neurofeedback technology and professional EEG/QEEG equipment.

Standard EEG neurofeedback measures electrical activity through scalp sensors and does not electrically stimulate the brain.

Training is non-invasive and suitable for many children and adults, subject to individual assessment.

Start with understanding.
